1196 Racing Cyclist is a promotional Town set released in 2000 for the Tour de France annual bike race. The set contains one minifigure and a pink bicycle.
Notes
- The minifigure wears mostly pink, like the bike, but has a black letter 'T' on its chest.
- This set contains a very rare pink bicycle.
- Oddly, the minifigure is wearing a hat while biking.
