2263 Turbo-Shredder is a Ninjago set released in January 2011. It contains a large tank with two front treads, and two giant black wheels. It also has a skull in the front. The tank is mainly coloured in white and black with some purple.

Frakjaw is escaping in his Turbo Shredder with the golden scythe! Sensei Wu has sent Jay and Cole after him. Help the fearless ninjas use Spinjitzu to avoid being swallowed up by the Turbo Shredder. Don’t forget to grab the golden weapon! Set includes Turbo Shredder, 3 minifigures and 3 weapons.

Includes 3 minifigures: Jay, Cole and Frakjaw

This and 9449 Ultra Sonic Raider are the only sets in the entire Ninjago theme to have Cole and Jay in one set.
Although the box art shows Cole and Jay doing Spinjitzu, there are no spinners included.
In the show, the Turbo Shredder's jaw never actually moves.
This is the only set to include Frakjaw with his hat.
