3177 Small Car was released in December 2009 / January 2010 as part of the City transportation sub-theme. The small car very much resembles a Smart Fortwo. This car is very similar to a white car in 7939 Cargo Train. The car has a trunk that can fit a suitcase.

The Minifigure has a short, tousled hairpiece, a face very similar to the face from the 7246 Mini Digger, a white and blue sweatshirt and green trousers. The Minifigure has a suitcase.
