The set 4478 Geonosian Fighter was released in 2003 as part of the Attack of the Clones line. Included are one Geonosian Warrior, one Geonosian Pilot, and two Geonosian Battle Droid minifigures.

Stop the Geonosian fighters before it's too late!
The Clone Wars have begun! Squads of Geonosian fighters are challenging the Jedi – and with their speed and maneuverability, they just might win! Manned by winged Geonosian pilots and assisted by battle droids, it will take all of the Jedi's skill to stop them.

- This set was the only set ever to include Geonosian Battle Droid minifigures. They were colored a brown/maroon-ish color.
