5378 Hogwarts Castle is the third remake of the castle used to teach students in the ways of magic. Minifigures included are Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger, Draco Malfoy, Professor Dumbledore, Rubeus Hagrid, Professor Snape, Professor Umbridge and a Death Eater. The set was released in 2007 as the most recent Harry Potter set and its based on Hogwarts' appearance in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.

The third version of Hogwarts is made up of three sections, the greenhouse, the Room of Requirement and a larger section with various different rooms. The greenhouse contains several plants and a blackboard. The room of requirement is mostly empty, except for some banners on the walls of the ground floor, and some furnishing in the side towers. The large center section contains the entrance hall, the trophy room on the first floor and Professor Umbridge's office. There are also other rooms with a fireplace, a bed, potions, and a telescope.
