6107 Recon Ray is a small 1998 Stingrays set. It contains 20 pieces and a Stingray minifigure.

Description Edit

Like many other small sets, 6107 Recon Ray has no hidden features. It carries (or is powered by) a Silver Crystal. The Recon Ray is piloted by one Stingray Warrior. For weaponry it carries two Silver Knives. It also has two Diving Flippers attached to the back. The Recon Ray has one propeller. The front of the ship is the largest part, being a special Stingrays-only part. It has an evil machine style pattern, with a control panel added on top.

Background Edit

The Stingrays, menacing underwater mutants, would capture sea life and collect Silver Crystals. They had frequent battles with the Hydronauts.
