6282 Stringer is a Hero Factory set released in July 2012. The set includes a black and blue Hero, Stringer’s Breakout variant.

When the low-strung Stringer returns to Hero Factory in the second Breakout wave, he wears a new colour; blue! All orange and yellow from his former two modes are gone, and now he sports a transparent blue body armour piece, blue arm armour, and blue thigh armour similar to Surge’s. Black is still there, though, with his former 1.0 helmet, black feet, armour, limbs and hands. He wields a silver sonic blaster with a solid blue sphere. Dark silver speakers are included on his shoulders, and he has a pair of handcuffs.

An easygoing Hero, Stringer is a member of the Alpha 1 team, and is the only member that enjoys working with rookies. He is an experienced musician, fitting because of his extreme knowledge of sound.

Stringer is steady as a rock. There is nothing you can do to shake his core. He likes to assess a situation, decide what to do, and then act without ever looking back. He tends to get a little distracted at times, forget his gear in strange places, and lose track of time. He makes up for it by his ability to just take charge and get the job done. When things don’t go as planned - and when do they ever? - you can always trust his ability to do what he has to do to get things under control. So don’t panic if you don’t hear from him for a while. With Stringer, no news is usually good news. |
