6586 Polar Scout is an Arctic set released in 2000. This set contained a Polar Vehicle, a Polar Explorer minifigure, a Polar Bear, and a transparent orange Scorpion inside an icy rock. The vehicle also appears in the video game LEGO Racers 2 as a drivable vehicle on the Arctic. The set pieces are mainly flame orange, blue, and black.
