6706 Frontier Patrol is a Western, Cowboys set released in 1997. It contains 26 pieces including 3 minifigures.

The set includes three minifigures: a Cavalry Colonel riding a black LEGO horse, a Cavalry Lieutenant, and a Cavalry Soldier. The Cavalry soldiers are in blue uniforms and carry a pack of LEGO dynamite. The Calvary also have three guns, a flag, a trumpet and a sword. There is also a green bush in this LEGO set. The Calvary flag is blue with a white circle in it's centre. Two swords cross each other in the centre of the white circle. The flag is attached to a white pole that is carried by one of the soldiers.The black LEGO horse's saddle is brown and can hold two guns.
