8401 LEGO City Minifigure Collection is a set meant to be able to be used in any LEGO City. It was released in early 2009. The set contained four mini-figures, including a policeman with a walkie-talkie and a megaphone, a parcel delivery guy with his handtruck and crate, a businessman in a suit with his suitcase, and a woman with a portable radio. 8401 LEGO City Minifigure Collection also contained a lot of accessories to build up a city, including a small fire hydrant, a set of traffic lights, a park bench, and three street signs - one a "50" speed limit, one a traffic lights warning signal, and one an image of a minifigure on a pedestrian crossing.
