8707 Boulder Blaster was released in January 2009 as part of the Power Miners line (being set number 7 in the series). Included are Rex and Glaciator Minifigures and two blue crystals are also included. It was a limited edition, released as a Toys "R" Us exclusive.

Notes Edit

Because the miner has a double-sided head, the knit cap included with this set does not cover up the face on the reverse side of the head.
The Peliminary pictures of the set show that it has two red crystals, but it actually has two blue crystals

Even the biggest rocks don’t stand a chance when the Boulder Blaster is around! This mighty mining vehicle launches multiple dynamite sticks at obstacles in its path, then uses its bulldozer blades to sweep away the rubble as it rolls on through. Includes miner and rock monster. Limited edition!

1 power miner (engineer), 1 rock monster (Glaciator), crystals, shovel and pick axe included!
Vehicle features moving treads, dynamite launching mechanism, and dual bulldozer blades!
Measures 6 inches (15cm) long and over 4 inches (10cm) wide!
