Heinrich Zemo, the 12th Baron of his dynasty, was a World War 2 villain who faced Captain America several times, and in one of their clashes, Zemo's experimental Adhesive X fell on his face, leaving his mask glued to his face, so Baron Zemo swore revenge on Cap.
Marvel Cinematic Universe
Helmut Zemo was a victim during the battle of the Avengers against Ultron and his drones. Zemo took revenge to the Avengers by killing T'Challa's father and telling a code to Bucky that makes him acting like an enemy. At the end, T'Challa and Rogers knew Zemo's weapon to let Rogers and Stark enemies. He was brought into prison called the Raft.
