Clone Troopers are Lego mini-figure based on the Star Wars characters Clone Troopers. Clone Troopers fought against the Seperatists for the Old republic during the days of the Clone Wars. After the war ended they were reorganized into Storm Troopers. Clone troopers have appeared in many different variants and have been playable characters in all the Lego Star Wars video game, although you must have a save from the first game to use Clone Troopers in the second.

[edit] Background Information
Clone Troopers were soldiers cloned from Jango Fett,The Farther of Boba Fett who wheres similair armour and helmet.. They were created for the Republic on Kamino, although the Republic itself did not know of it's existance, until Obi-Wan Kanobi visited Kamino. When Anakin, Obi-wan and Padme were trapped in the Geonosis arena, the Jedi with the help of the Clone Army came to rescue them. After the battle of Geonosis, they served in the Republic military until the Clone Wars ended. After that, the Clone Troopers were reorganized into Imperial Storm Troopers. Though all were not clones.

They were many variations of Clone Troopers. The first one was designed to match the Clones in Star Wars Episode II Attack of The Clones. The second was made to look like the Clones from Star Wars Episode III Revenge of the Sith. The third Star Wars the clone wars cartoon.

- Clone troopers in Phase I armor appear in some Episode II sets, and there is also a Phase I trooper for Clone Wars sets, which appear more like the animated Clone troopers.
