The Comic-Con Exclusive Clone Wars Set was released on July 24, 2008 as part of the The Clone Wars line. This set was a San Diego Comic-Con International 2008 exclusive and was limited to 1200. Included minifigures are Captain Rex, four Clone Troopers, one Battle Droid Commander, six Battle Droids, and four Super Battle Droids.

- Although this set was released on July 24, 2008, it was still part of the The Clone Wars line which had its actual released date of July 26, 2008.
- This set included the sets 7670 Hailfire Droid and Spider Droid, 7654 Droids Battle Pack, and a "Clone Wars Battle Pack".
- It also Included Captain Rex with two blaster pistols.
