Curseworld Part II is the 54th episode of Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu, and the final episode of the fifth season.
The Preeminent emerges from the wreckage of Ronin's shop after consuming Lloyd and continues to expel her ghost minions into Styx. The Ninja attempt to defeat her using their elemental powers and deepstone weapons, but fail to do so. Meanwhile, Lloyd awakens inside the Preeminent and after passing Chen and Clouse finds his father Garmadon held in unbreakable chains. After informing the imprisoned sensei of what has taken place, Lloyd admits his fear that he can't stop Morro, but Garmadon encourages him not to give up, despite the fact that destroying the Preeminent will likely mean Garmadon's death. Outside, the Ninja attempt to evacuate Styx's residents on a steamer only to be attacked by Morro and the others. However, before the Master of Wind can reclaim the Sword of Sanctuary, it is claimed by Lloyd, who has donned his father's sensei robes.
The two Green Ninjas soon engage in a Realm-hopping battle that takes them through various locations, including Chima, while the other Ninja continue to face the threat of the Preeminent and her ghost legions. After escaping to sea, they are pursued by the Preeminent in protective armor crafted by her minions, but lead her out to an ocean trench. Nya then unlocks her true potential as the master of water and washes the Preeminent and her ghosts into the trench, marking the destruction of the Cursed Realm. Morro then returns without Lloyd, but is grabbed by one of the Preeminent's tentacles; after a brief encounter with Sensei Wu, he gives him the Realm Crystal and allows the Preeminent to drag him into the depths. The Ninja then use the Realm Crystal to bring Lloyd back to Ninjago, where he expresses hope for the future and interest in following the path of his father and uncle to become a sensei.
