Cybertron is a custom futuristic theme created in 2014 that features war with mechanical vehicles and robots between villain organization and special military force.

Theme is set in near future when an organization named Cybexx starts producing huge war machines around the world that are secretly supposed to attack people and steal weapons. When Cybexx forces start their operation, the war begins and a new special military faction, ACF gets on a mission to stop them.

First wave of sets presented ACF vehicles in city war against Cybexx. Minifigures were only from military factions and story involved only warfare beetwen two factions.

The second wave's story happens one year after the first season when Cybexx is even bigger threat. This time casual soldiers got replaced by Clones, the supersoldiers created with the serum stolen from the secret lab where scientists discovered how to create Clones. Cybexx used their discovery by making tons of human clones with incredible strength and skills which were undefeatable. ACF forces got in contact with surviving scientists who worked on the project and later created the weapon that can kill Clones, and hid them in a desert town. Cybexx made a huge highway chase in attempt to destroy the weapon, and suceed. ACF forces still discovered Cybexx's secret and travelled to the secret location where Cybexx had a base where they produced large amounts of soldiers, and also upgrading humans' brains and blood. They destroyed their general, without knowing that it was actually his clone while his real body survived the attack and story continues to wave 3.
