Frank Jebediah Rock, known mostly as Frank Rock is a cunning daredevil who met his match in the Swamp Creature, who twice broke his back and often traps him. Frank Rock is a master at motor repairs and worked as a mechanic a few years before Dr. Rodney called for his help. He knew this was his chance to take revenge on the slimy ghoul.

Designed with a "rocker" wig and a straight face on side, glasses on the other, and with a dark tan torso with yellow ripped sleeves. He holds two pistols, both balck, and has earth blue pants printed with gun holder and belt
