Background Edit

Wally West Edit

Wally West was The Flash's biggest fan. Barry Allen was romantically involved with his aunt, Iris West, and arranged for Wally to meet The Flash, claiming that he was a friend. During their meeting, Wally asked about the incident in which Flash gained his powers. Flash set up his chemicals the way it had been in his lab on the night of the incident, and just as he told Wally how there was only a very small chance it would happen again, lightning struck the chemicals, and Wally was bathed in them. He gained the same powers as Flash, and became his sidekick, Kid Flash. When Barry died, Wally took over his position as Flash.

Bart Allen Edit

Bart Allen is Barry Allen's grandson and was born with the same powers. They caused him to age rapidly, and he appeared to be 12 years old when he was really only 2. Thanks to scientists, Bart aged as quickly mentally as physically. When his grandmother, Iris West was transported to the future, she learned of his condition and took Bart to the past where here nephew and the current Flash, Wally West, could help him control his powers. With his aging under control, Bart became the second Kid Flash.

Designer's Notes Edit

• Both Wally West and Bart Allen will appear in The Brave, the Bold, the Vile, and the Villainous and their careers as Kid Flash are both intact, but only Bart Allen is planned to appear on-panel as Kid Flash.
