Story wave 1
After Lord Vampyre's arrest at the hands of Dr.Rodney and Co, a new threat has emerged, Lord Vampyre's second-in-command Pharaoh Patra is attempting to steal all the Anubis Diamonds from around other parts of the Monster Realms, his evil use of these diamonds is to re-awaken the Cursed Scorpion and re-take the Pyramids of Patra. Pharaoh Patra has allies from all over the Monster Realm. Dr.Rodney's mean will take on monster such as the Aliens, Minotaurs, Swamp Monsters, Trolls, Ghosts, Ghost Pirates, Man-Bats, Zombies, Witches, Werewolves, and, of course, The Pharoah's army of the un-dead.

Story Wave 2 Pharaoh Patra's death after a cruel confrontation at The X Peremeter has outraged his employer, and boss, The Voodoo Doctor. His army of undead minions, witches, evil mermaids, trolls, Minotaurs and Manbats are raging towards keeping the diamonds away from the Monster Fighters, and unlocking the Pyramids, something Patra couldn't do. The Voodoo Doctor's pace, tactical mind and powers will be a heavy match for The Monster Fighters, and a big target.

Story Wave 3 The Voodoo Doctor was caught inside his lair, and was stopped from doing anymore. He was put in a cell by the local police and easily broke out, and is now a convicted monster, literally, he now plans to return the pain back to the Minifigure realm and re-model the Clock Tower, by using the Time Crystals and Void Crystals to change the world into his image, the crazy Voodoo Doctor uses his army once again in his aid, the final battle is upon us...

Story line
Lord Vampyre had succeeded in eclipsing the sun and plans to invade the mortal realm! In a desperate attempt to buy time, the Monster Fighters shut down the Midnight Clock, the only way into the mortal realm and hid the six energy crystals used to power the Clock all around the monster realm. Furious, Lord Vampyre personally went to retrive the crystals, with his army close behind. With the odds against them, new monsters and a inevitable battle in the heart of the Monster Fighters' personal HQ approaching, will the Monster Fighters succeed? Or will Lord Vampyre finally dominate the mortal realm?
