Ringmaster is a minifigure created by Sparrow9988, from the theme Hawkeye which is also made by Sparrow9988.
Background[]
Ringmaster is a skilled villain with great hypnotic powers. Often, he will attract people to his "circus" only to place them under his hypnotic spell and rob them. At one point, Hawkeye went to the "Cirque de Nuit" to stop him. Hawkeye's protégée Kate Bishop eventually killed Ringmaster with a bow and arrow she stole from one of the acts.
