Dyna-Mite appeared in River Heist on the air boat. She is a henchman of Dr. Inferno and went with Dollar Bill to rob a bank. As they are escaping, they encounter Agent Fuse, who stops them from getting away. She is especially known for her obsession with dynamite, thus the name Dyna-Mite. She has the same hair-piece as Irina Spalko, News Reporter, and Nya, except the colour is red.

• Her name is a pun on dynamite.
• Along with Claw-Dette, Dyna-Mite is the one of the only female villains in the Agents theme.
