Part 970c00px58 is a minifigure torso. It was designed for the Power Miners theme, and used by several of the miners, including Rex, Duke, and many unnamed miners. In the middle of the body, there is a drill symbol, suggesting that it may be worn only by Duke, however, it is obvious that it is worn by more than just Duke, being that it is worn by more miners than just Duke in several different sets.
