Description[]
The Astor City Scientist has white legs, arms, and torso with black hands and hips. His face is printed depicting a worried expression. His headpiece is similar to that of the Hazmat Guy, but with white coloring and differing print. He is equipped with a radioactive rod, due to its proximity to the pollutonium crystal.
