The Hero[1] is a Dino minifigure introduced in 2012. He is exclusive to the set 5888 Ocean Interceptor.
Description[]
The Hero has the same head as the Alien Conquest Computer Scientist, Max's hair in tan, dark red legs and a tan torso with dark red arms, yellow hands and new printings. He carries a tranquilizer gun.
Background[]
The Hero rides a jet boat when he is suddenly preyed upon by a hostile Pteranodon. Fortunately, the Hero is rescued by the Pilot flying the Ocean Interceptor, which safely captures the prehistoric reptile.[1]

- "Hero" is a generic term used in the Dino product descriptions to refer to the minifigures; for example, both this minifigure and the Pilot are referred to as "heroes" in the 5888 Ocean Interceptor product description. However, unlike all other Dino minifigures, this character is not listed on the "Base" page of the LEGO Dino Website; therefore, a more specific name is unknown.
