In LEGO Adventures! Magazine, Fay Fixit is Steve Spanner's assistant mechanic at the Vehicle Repair Centre.
In Repair Race, Fay Fixit and Steve Spanner race to repair Ben Steer's truck, but Fay gets stuck in traffic and arrives late. Motivated to repair Bruce Swift's mail truck as fast as possible, she drives quickly to Brick Street, but then her repair truck's brakes fail and she crashes into the truck. She calls Steve Spanner, who comes in his own truck, and together they deliver the mail.
