6518 Baja Buggy is a Town set released in 1996. It contains a beach buggy and a lifeguard.
Description[]
The set features a red dune buggy with a yellow flag and black wheels. It has the coast guard logo on the front.
The lifeguard is equipped with a walkie-talkie and a megaphone. He wears the Coast Guard uniform introduced one year earlier in 6338 Hurricane Harbor.
Notes[]
- The buggy in the set also features in the first lego video game LEGO Island, it is built by the player and can then be driven.
- The set was also featured in the opening cutscene of the 2000 video game Army Men: Air Attack 2.
