Sergeant Ernest LaQuay, originally known as Bluecoat Sergeant 2, is a Pirates minifigure released in 2015.

Background

Ernest LaQuay is the younger brother of Cadet Rita LaQuay, and the son of Captain Ennio LaQuay and DJ Captain Mary LaQuay. He was once a pirate like his parents, during which time he was relentlessly pursued by Rita. He has since turned lawful and joined the Bluecoats under the command of Admiral Nonsuch. However, he still relies on his dirty tricks and underhanded tactics that he learned as a pirate.
