8907 Rock Hacker is a promotional set released in December of 2008 as part of the LEGO Power Miners theme. Included is a Miner minifigure and a blue Energy Crystal.

This is the only Power Miners set that does not include a Rock Monster.
This set was hard to find, but could be found along with 8908 Monster Launcher at Target or Amazon.com.
