Dr. Sam Flash[1] is a Dino minifigure introduced in 2012.
Description[]
He has a black mustache, black hair, a tan cowboy hat (like on the Cowboy), an orange torso with a brown sash, and reddish brown legs. He also has a tranquilizer gun, which he carries on his back when not in use.
Background[]
In Dino Outbreak, Dr. Sam Flash throws three switches and accidentally opens a time portal, allowing dinosaurs to rampage into the present. At each of five locales in the game, Dr. Sam follows the dinosaurs, collecting bricks and avoiding hostile wildlife along the way, until he can acquire a vehicle and chase the dinosaurs into a cage. In the end, Dr. Sam releases all of the caged dinosaurs back into the time portal and shuts it, although he briefly reopens it to let one last Coelophysis through.

- He only appears in the Dino online game, Dino Outbreak.
- While Sam is not named in the game itself, he is referred to as "Sam" by the file names for the unlockable sticker sheets "sam_run.png" and "sam_shock.png". The website for Jessica Fiorini, the game's producer and level designer at Tiny Mantis, provides his full name as Dr. Sam Flash in the game's description.[1]
