Right, as I see it, the newsletter is in a bit of a mess at the moment.
- Not everyone is getting it. This is a very strange problem with my bot script, that would probably mean rewriting it.
- {{Newsletter/latest}} is not being updated. Problem with the system, writers are forgetting to update it.
- People don't read it (and it gets in the way).
I don't know whether we want to scrap it (I'm leaning this way), but it definately needs a revamp.

- I'd just like to point out that we currently have, I think, one? person writing it, Agent Charge. If you would like to have more stuff in it, then surely it wouldn't be too hard to go and write some more stuff. (Sorry if this message sounds a bit mean, I couldn't think how to say it more nicely.)
