Hela is a Marvel Super Heroes minifigure released in 2017. She will appear in LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2.
Background
Marvel Cinematic Universe
Hela is the Asgardian Goddess of Death who was imprisoned for millennia. Released early by mistake, she quickly began causing all sorts of chaos, including sending Thor to the planet Sakaar and destroying his hammer. She later reigned and brought war on Asgard.
During the revenge of the Revengers (leaded by Thor, Hulk, Valkyrie, and Loki), Hela fell down on the Bifrost Bridge until Surtur was being summoned which later became the cause of the destruction of Asgard.
Notes
- In the film, she is played by Cate Blanchett who also played Galadriel in The Hobbit & The Lord of the Rings trilogy in addition to as Irina Spalko in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
