The LEGO Plank-side Truck is a Wood Toys set released in 1940.
Description

The set has mostly a sky-blue colour-scheme, with the planks being an unpainted natural brown. It has a cab without glass and some raised details like lights and the grille.It is the first Lego lorry to appear
The truck features four small wheels (Like most trucks), outlined with wooden, black tires. These were similar in appearance to those of the LEGO Covered Truck.
Notes Edit
- This is one of two trucks released in 1940, the other being the Covered Truck.
