Lightsaber

A lightsaber is a common Minifigure's accessory in the Star Wars line. It commonly consists of two pieces, though exceptions occur. The colors they come in are red, blue, purple, and green.

Lightsabers are commonly used by Jedi such as Obi-Wan Kenobi, Yoda, Anakin Skywalker, Kit Fisto or Luke Skywalker or sith such as Darth Vader, Emperor Palpatine, Darth Maul (who has a double-bladed lightsaber made of 3 pieces),Count Dooku and and Asajj Ventress

The lightsaber hilts include one of 3 types, a shiny silver, chrome, or gray. Originally, all Jedi came with a chrome lightsaber hilt, until LEGO down graded to plain gray hilts. But in the new January 2009 sets, all Jedi carry a new, shiny silver hilt.
