The LEGO Movie

In The LEGO Movie, some of the Lion Knights appeared as residents in Middle Zealand. A bunch of Lion Knights alongside a Dragon were seen listening to Wyldstyle's "broadcast" and are seen assembling some weapons to help fight against Lord Business's Micro Managers

On a related note, some of the Lion Knights were recycled as Sir Stackabrick and some Gallant Guards who appear as Master Builders.

King’s Knight
No evil guys gets away on his shift. He doesn't like to brag about how great he is at teaching evil soldiers a lesson. He just likes to do his job, and relax with a good midieval cook book in front of the fire at night.
