Class 4

Merlin Entertainments are a British amusement operators who operate and own 70% of LEGOLAND Parks. It is the second largest amusement company after Walt Disney Parks. It is owned by the Blackstone Group.

Merlin purchased the LEGOLAND parks from the LEGO Group in 2005. LEGO still owns 30% of the business.
