The Monkey is an Animal first introduced in 1990 for the Pirates theme. It has appeared in many other sets and themes since then as a new piece under Part 74499.

Description Edit

The monkey's body, head, and tail are all a single unique brown part moulded into shapes of a body, head, and tail. It has four brown arms, each with a yellow hand.

Indiana Jones Edit

The Monkey has appeared in both LEGO Indiana Jones video games, although they have skin tone hands, in LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures they always have hats with red fezes with a cross on them, but in LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues only the monkey in Cairo has a fez but with no cross on it.

LEGO Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues they can be mind-controlled by using black sleep.

LEGO Universe Edit

Two monkeys appear in LEGO Universe. One of them is named Swabbie the Monkey, and one of them takes the name of Eeekums.
