Nindroids are robotic ninja from the Ninjago theme. Their name is a pun on "ninja" and "android". They are seen in the Online game, Smash Party. There is a reference to them in the movie, Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu where it is revealed that Zane is a 'Nindroid,' (Robot) as dubbed by Jay. Zane was created to protect those that can't protect themselves. They also appear in the online game Viper Smash in a Grey ZX outfit. Also, the nindroid has a pair of shurikens and has a DX outfit like Jay's.

They appear to have the same head printing as the Robot from the Collectable Minifigures theme.

The nindroid DX suit is a grey version of Jay's suit

In the episode Tick Tock, Nindroid is the term used to describe Zane.

Zane is the only known Nindroid in the TV series.

The level they are in in the game is a reference to Star Wars being named, "These aren't the Droids We Are Looking For."
