Parasaurolophus (par-ah-SAWR-ol-uh-fus) is a name for a genus of dinosaurs of which one species is included in LEGO Jurassic World.
Parasaurolophus are first seen in the Lost World portion of LEGO Jurassic World. They are large herbivorous dinosaurs that are typically found in large herds.
Parasaurolophus was in LEGO Jurassic World and did many of the same things as Parasaurolophus did in The Lost World, Jurassic Park III and Jurassic World. Like all the other dinosaurs, Parasaurolophus sometimes participates in humorous antics, due to the game's comical nature.
In-game, the Parasaurolophus is light brown with dark brown stripes and splotches and has a long crest on its head. Its eyes are yellow.
The genus Parasaurolophus includes three species, all of which have distinguishable long crests that are an extension of the nasal cavities. They were able to make loud noises with these to let others gauge their location.
