Part x149a, more commonly known as "Boat Weighted Keel 2 x 8 x 4 without Bottom Tab", is a part that was produced from 1973 until 1974. Its release predates the variation with the bottom tab (Part x149) by 3 years. Because of its age, it is no longer included in LEGO sets today. It only came in the colour red.
