| This minifigure has only appeared in video game(s)|
Although this article is about an official minifigure, it never existed in physical form, or appeared in any official LEGO sets.
Peter Jackson is a minifigure from the theme The Lord of the Rings that makes a cameo appearance in LEGO The Lord of the Rings: The Video Game and LEGO The Hobbit: The Video Game. He is based on the director of the Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit trilogy.
Peter Jackson features curly black hair. His light nougat face has a content expression with a black beard and mustache. The torso is brown and has a shirt printed on, with a printed jacket over it. Peter has short, black, unprinted legs. He is found on a fence in Bree, where he can be seen eating a carrot. This version, simply known as Bree Peasant, appears as a playable character in LEGO The Hobbit and has long legs instead of the short ones.
Jackson is also featured in two other scenes in the video game. At Helm's Deep, he throws what appears to be a trophy, supposedly representing an Oscar Award, at the invading enemies. In the other, he is one of the Corsairs of Umbar waving his trophy and carrot on the ship at the end of the Paths of the Dead level.
His cameos in the first two Hobbit films also appeared in the LEGO The Hobbit video game. Jackson's first appearance is recognizable unlike An Unexpected Journey since he is not shown in Dwarf make-up. This cameo at the end of "The Greatest Kingdom in Middle-Earth" level features him holding his film camera while running away from Smaug. Jackson also reprised his role as Albert Dreary in the Bree cutscene.
- Peter Jackson's three cameos in The Lord of the Rings series features him as Albert Dreary in Bree eating a carrot in The Fellowship of the Ring, a Rohirrim in The Two Towers and as a Corsair Pirate in The Return of the King are also depicted in cutscenes in the game. However, instead of throwing a spear at an Uruk-hai as a Rohirrim, he throws a minifigure trophy.
- The Pirate of Umbar in 79008 Pirate Ship Ambush is based on his cameo appearance in the third film.
- He also makes a cameo in The Hobbit films where he can be seen as a dwarf retreating from Erebor in An Unexpected Journey as well as reprising his role as Albert Dreary at the start of The Desolation of Smaug.
