The Lego Soccer/Football theme is a subtheme of the Sports theme. It began in the year 1998, and was dropped after 2006. Many of the sets had Shell and other promotionals included 5 minifigures from diffrent teams in 1998. The theme was based on real soccer and had many new pieces. The theme also had many Coke and Adidas Promotionals.
