Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith was a theme released as part of the Star Wars theme in 2005 to coincide with the release of Revenge of the Sith in theatres. Many sets have been released to pormote this movie, from the battle above Coruscant to the transformation of Anakin Skywalker to Darth Vader. The most sets were released in 2005, the year of release of Revenge of the Sith. Others, however, have been released afterwards, though very few each year. Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi have appeared in many of the sets, however clone troopers and battle droids are most commonly found with the sets.

Though few in number, mini sets have been released. One of two is inlcuded in the 65771 Episode III Collectors' Set. No others have been sold yet, though.

Only one UCS set has been released for this subtheme, though it is also a Technic set. 10186 General Grievous is this single set, yet not as popular as the other sets.

One of the most popular LEGO movies, Revenge of the Brick is a spoof of Episode III. It was aired on Cartoon Network in 2005.
