Under grayscale, do we really need it saying that the gray tone was changed after STAR WARS EPISODE II. Is that the real reason though? Shouldn't we just have the year? --Berrybrick 11:27, December 20, 2010 (UTC)

- A few minutes later, I checked the Geonosian Starfighter (2003) on peeron and it used oldgrey elements. I then checked the mini Star-destroyer (2004) and it uses the newer color, so I think we can say 2004.
- Checking one or two sets wont give you the correct release year. Sets were released at the same time with both the new colour in some and the old colour in other boxs, this continued for sometime until all stock of the old colours had run out. From memory the actual date of the colour change into production is listed on Lego.com Gladiatoring 22:17, February 24, 2011 (UTC)
OLD BROWN[]
Don't we need and old brown (earth orange) section? (compared to the 'new' reddish brown) if you have the old and new colours together the is a distinct difference UltrasonicNXT 18:23, January 18, 2011 (UTC)
More colours[]
There are more colours than just these, perhaps we can take it from LDD, which features almost all the colours from LEGO. There are about 130 colours. Lego lord 06:46, February 27, 2011 (UTC)

Color or Colour?[]
The title says Colour Palette but the text says Color. Sahaib3005 (talk) 10:15, 25 February 2021 (UTC)
