Is it possible to buy the Series 1 minifigures on-line, knowing which one you are buying? --203.51.45.43 10:01, June 3, 2010 (UTC)

Not from LEGO.com, but you could probably find them on eBay or bricklink or another siteBrickmacktalkcontribs
eBay will most likely sell them individually, although I would not check Bricklink first. -Nerfblasterpro: I PRESS SMASH BUTTON!Maverick 15:22, June 3, 2010 (UTC)
Yes there is a way: Brickset links to two pages with barcodes of the minifigures. The barcodes of each minigigure are different, here are the two links:
 • If you buy the sets in the USA, use this link.
 • If you buy in any other country of the world, use this link.

Note: I am not responsible, but it should be allowed to use those barcodes to compare, since Brickset links to them. :D Samdo994 talk Contribs Special:Editcount/Samdo994 edits 15:38, June 3, 2010 (UTC)

Oh sorry, I over-read something. Don't know how it is possible by buying them in the internet... :( Samdo994 talk Contribs Special:Editcount/Samdo994 edits 15:39, June 3, 2010 (UTC)

 • Why did you rename this Reedja ? Gladiatoring 13:30, August 25, 2010 (UTC)

I'm not sure why there seems to be a debate on how to spell collectable/collectible, but I think that I should let you know that "collectable" is the way the British spell it, and 'collectible" is the way the Americans spell it. --TheGrandEditor 14:31, August 25, 2010 (UTC)

Yes I am aware of that , I was wondering why he bothered to move it, when both are acceptable, although being Australian I much prefer the British way Gladiatoring 14:40, August 25, 2010 (UTC)
Well, everywhere on the wiki mentions it the British way, no point in deviating. ----- It's Magic - Kingcjc 14:42, August 25, 2010 (UTC)
LEGO's only ever called the theme "Minifigures" from what I can see- on the shop page, and on the packets themselves. Maybe we should call it "Minifigures (theme)"? Although Collectable Minifigures sounds ok to me. NightblazeSaber 07:59, August 26, 2010 (UTC)
Yes thats true, but the LEGO search engine has been enabled for both spellings of the word, which take you to the Minifigures page, I agree though as LEGO has not used it either on the box' polybags or the leaflet inside the bags that its more accurate to just call them Minifigures, not very descriptive though.Gladiatoring 08:11, August 26, 2010 (UTC)

Collectible is spelled with an "I" not an "A". LEGO Lord LL 01:06, December 21, 2010 (UTC)

No , its spelt both ways, this talk section isn't about weather its spelt wrong or not, but why the original spelling was changed and which version of the spelling should be used, which via forum vote previously, the English spelling is to be used. Gladiatoring 01:11, December 21, 2010 (UTC)

It should be spelled with an "I" because my computer says "Collectable" isn't a real English word. LEGO Lord LL 01:59, December 21, 2010 (UTC)

No, your computer says it isn't an American English word. ----- It's Magic - Kingcjc 11:36, December 21, 2010 (UTC)

Hey, I noticed this randomly, the word Minifigures is lowercased in the logo. Should this article be moved to Collectable minifigures? I also noticed that the logo doesn't say that it is called Collectable Minifigures but is called just Minifigures. What should we do? LEGO Lord LL 22:10, December 21, 2010 (UTC)

Major Move Malfunctions[]

Because of how many times this page was moved, we now have a mess of redirects. The page was originally called "Collectable Minifigures," was changed to "Minifigures (Theme)" with a redirect from the original page, and is now called "Collectable Minifigures (Theme)" with several redirects from both pages previous. We should get the title of this page back to "Collectable Minifigures" so we don't have so many redirects. --TheGrandEditor 06:45, December 31, 2010 (UTC)

I never liked the fact it was called Collectable Minifigures in the first place, for one the english way to spell is Collectible with an "I" not an "A", and also LEGO names it Minifigures, therefore it should be named that. LEGO Lord LL 18:58, December 31, 2010 (UTC)

I agree with Collectible. BobaFett

Talk Adventure logo MOCPages Group (Click) 19:00, December 31, 2010 (UTC)

My computer even says Collectable with an "A" is incorrect, so if we moved it to Collectible with an I, we will still have as much problems as moving it to Minifigures (Theme), which it should be called. LEGO Lord LL 19:04, December 31, 2010 (UTC)

What should this page name really be? LEGO Lord LL 20:16, December 31, 2010 (UTC)

Whatever the general population of consumers, editors, etc generally call it, which is Collectable Minifigures. --TheGrandEditor 22:39, December 31, 2010 (UTC)

Stolen Minifigures[]

Yesterday I went to Target to the aisle where they had the Series 3 minifigures.

When I got there, I dug around to choose a random pack, and I found 7 bags ripped open and had stolen elements.

Has this ever happened to you?--CollectableMinifig4Scientist 13:54, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

You can return the item. I've seen this happening often at Borders, some of the bags are ripped open with pieces lying out on the floor. However, this discussion is off topic, please keep it on the topic of advancing the article. Lego lord 15:37, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

Brickforge[]

Shouldn't we include the fact that LEGO used brickforge's hipolite helmet for the Spartan warrior somewhere in the article? Lego lord 15:42, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

No, it's not the same, just similar. BobaFett

Talk Adventure logo MOCPages Group (Click) 16:29, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

No, it is the same one for prototype. I just forgot to say that, I know it wouldn't be the same. Lego lord 16:31, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

Source please-where does it say that they used the brickforge part as a prototype? BobaFett

Talk Adventure logo MOCPages Group (Click) 16:34, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

BrickForge.com itself. Lego lord 16:37, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

Is that proof that they are the same? I'm pretty sure that The LEGO Company said it wasn't. BobaFett

Talk Adventure logo MOCPages Group (Click) 16:39, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

Just look at the products[1][2], it's the same one. Lego lord 16:42, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

That's not the point. The point is that unless the LEGO Company used it, it's not important. If we were Yugioh wiki, that would be different-they post a lot of fan-based info BobaFett

Talk Adventure logo MOCPages Group (Click) 16:43, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

It's sort of an interesting note. No? Lego lord 16:44, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

I agree that it is interesting, but in all technicality, it's not relevant. BobaFett

Talk Adventure logo MOCPages Group (Click) 16:48, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

How is it not relevant? It's an interesting note that should be included. Lego lord

I said technically. We don't have an article on people who use a design similar to the LEGO Company's, so the reverse would be true.

Outside of technicalities, I think it would be cool, but if it's not used by them as a prototype, it's really not relevant. BobaFett

Talk Adventure logo MOCPages Group (Click) 16:48, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

It is the prototype... Lego lord 16:50, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

I asked for where the LEGO Company says that, not where a separate group who can benefit from saying so says that. BobaFett

Talk Adventure logo MOCPages Group (Click) 16:52, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

Where's your source to back yourself up? Lego lord 16:53, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

Why do I need a source? You are proposing to put something up, and I'm saying you need a source to prove that it comes from the LEGO Company. BobaFett

Talk Adventure logo MOCPages Group (Click) 16:54, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

I already did give you a source, just look at the pictures and compare. Lego lord 16:55, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

That's considered speculation, as it has no stated proof, just an idea taken from what you can see.

BobaFett

Talk Adventure logo MOCPages Group (Click) 16:58, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

BrickForge says that it is, all you really have to do is compare them. Lego lord 17:00, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

They didn't say that The LEGO Company used it as a prototype. Comparing does nothing-you need actual proof, not just speculation

BobaFett

Talk Adventure logo MOCPages Group (Click) 17:01, February 10, 2011 (UTC)
You don't have any proof against me... Lego lord 17:04, February 10, 2011 (UTC)
Proof is required to post the info...not to oppose it. What is needed is proof that the LEGO Company USED the helmet as a prototype.

BobaFett

Talk Adventure logo MOCPages Group (Click) 17:06, February 10, 2011 (UTC)
I understand what you are saying, but asking LEGO wouldn't help, I guess we don't have to say it's the same until there is proof. Lego lord 17:09, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

Look at this, it's the exact same detail. The curves, indents, holds, etc. are the same! Odd, huh? Lego lord 18:47, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

Minifigs large

Indeed, it's similar, but it's not the same. And that doesn't mean that the LEGO Company used it as a prototype. BobaFett

Talk Adventure logo MOCPages Group (Click) 20:04, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

Just compare again, notice the indents and curves. Lego lord 20:05, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

I did, and it's not the same. The crest at the front is not identical. Please-that's not the point. Unless we have SOLID proof that the LEGO Company used it as a prototype, then there's no reason to put it on the article. Otherwise we'd be putting good custom figs on articles.

BobaFett

Talk Adventure logo MOCPages Group (Click) 20:07, February 10, 2011 (UTC)
I agree. If that's the Brickforge helmet in the corner, it does not look completely similar. The lines on the corner one are more elegant, while the lines on the one on the fig are sharper. Also, Brickforge has removable plumes for their helmets, and I don't think LEGO would really be that elaborate. --TheGrandEditor 20:26, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

The plume for the prototype is removable, notice the small crack in between the helmet and th plume. Lego lord 20:30, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

If that's true, the portion of the helmet underneath the plume is not as tall as the one in the corner. --TheGrandEditor 20:32, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

Sorry, but may have to look again closely like I have. It doesn't really matter, we could at least say that BrickForge claimed that LEGO uses their pieces for prototype versions. Lego lord 21:59, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

No, that's a claim of brickforge. Not a fact about TLC.

BobaFett

Talk Adventure logo MOCPages Group (Click) 21:59, February 10, 2011 (UTC)
I know it isn't a fact, we could keep this as a side note in the article. Lego lord 22:01, February 10, 2011 (UTC)
My powers of scrutiny are impeccable, and with all this talk, it is indirectly noted on this talk page. No need to post it on the actual page. --TheGrandEditor 23:21, February 10, 2011 (UTC)
Not long ago I bought this helmet and checked again, and it is the prototype. I'm sure of it. Lego lord 02:24, February 28, 2011 (UTC)
So can I put it on the article since I have some more backup? Lego lord 01:14, March 1, 2011 (UTC)
Have we a source that is not Brickforge yet. As you said: "I know it isn't a fact" --- A Kind of Madness-- Kingcjc 15:32, March 1, 2011 (UTC)
That was before, but now I have some more backup. I made sure it is it, and it looks completely identical to the BrickForge part for the prototype. Lego lord 15:39, March 1, 2011 (UTC)

I won't dispute your visual acuity, but that's considered speculation. If we have a verifiable source (eg, TLC), then we can post it.

Series 3 Games[]

I noticed that the Series 3 games part of the wiki page had been updated. When I went to the actual game page on the website, they weren't there.

How do you know these are the upcoming games? Thanks,--CollectableMinifig4Scientist 01:42, February 20, 2011 (UTC)

Series 5: Last?[]

The Notes mention that Series 5 will be the last series, "according to many sources." What sources? Dunjohn 11:36, March 7, 2011 (UTC)

I highly doubt it is the last series, the series is so popular.

Series 4 Eurobricks Review[]

The Eurobricks review, just posted, has shed a bit of light on the direction the theme seems to be taking: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=52837&st=0--Dunjohn 00:14, March 9, 2011 (UTC)

6 and 7[]

the page says that series 6 and 7 are confirmed I don't think they are-are they? --CligraPeace 00:47, March 10, 2011 (UTC)

Rarities[]

I just tidied the Details section and I was going to mention that some figures in Series 1 and 2 are more rare than others (appearing three times per box instead of four or five) while in Series 3 and 4, different batches of boxes can have different distributions. However, the only evidence I have for that is anecdotal - people on message boards listing what their boxes contained. Too fuzzy, or worth mentioning anyway? --Dunjohn 14:22, April 5, 2011 (UTC)

I think it should be mentioned even though it may not be a fact, just say it as if it is speculation.

LEGO Lord Talk Special:Editcount/Lego lord Edits! ---- LEGO LOTR is coming!

It is true, but we just don't list how many there are per box. People can find out other places than just here. Plus it's knid of obvious that some figs will be rarer than the others. --TheGrandEditor 20:40, April 5, 2011 (UTC)
It is true; an employee at the shop told me. Jag 01:27, September 12, 2011 (UTC)

Is it just me or has the infobox on all Minifigures (Theme) pages lost it's color. klagoerRollinglaughingsmileyname that user 13:22, September 11, 2011 (UTC)

Forum:Infobox Colours and Reformation - Kingcjc 13:24, September 11, 2011 (UTC)

Does anyone think that there will be a LEGO Universe minifigure series?

Rguy3 19:57, April 18, 2012 (UTC)

No, since LEGO Universe was shut down. --Berrybrick (Talk) 19:58, April 18, 2012 (UTC)

Halloween Set[]

In the Halloween accessory set description, it says a recolored Witch and Zombie. Only the Zombie has been recolored. The Witch is a reprint from Series 2 and is exactly the same. I changed it to be true but it got reverted back. Please fix it!

Fixed. :) -- BrickfilmNut Productions!
