Town Jr. was a subtheme of Town that was introduced in 1997. Its sets featured especially simplified building styles and designs (Juniorization). Most of Town's former core themes, like police and firefighters, were absorbed into Town Jr. which was eventually discontinued and succeeded by City Center in 1999. In 2002 one of its sets was rereleased, and its last set was introduced.
