Which set to take apart?

I recently decided that to reduce the space taken up by my LEGO things. This will be done by taking apart one of the large sets I have. I have narrowed it down to 7680 The Twilight, 7676 Republic Attack Gunship, and 7675 AT-TE Walker. Which one do you think I should take apart?Brickmacktalkcontribs
