When will we see the redesigned Spiderman?

They said they would remake lego spiderman in 2012, so when do we see the new lego spiderman figure? What will it look like? Are they basing him off of the comic books or the upcoming reboot The Amazing Spiderman? I have another question, will there be an ultrabuild of Spiderman? I figured that since they are doing Marvel and DC ultrabuilds they would make a Spiderman one.
