Thomas Langenbach, a multimillionaire 47-year-old software-designer, was caught putting fake barcodes onto LEGO sets purchased in Target stores to reduce the price, and selling them at a markup on eBay. When police searched Langenbach's home, they found “hundreds and hundreds” of sets inside.
