The year template system.

It should make the year tables easier to use, simpler to code, and better with handling infomation.

All the infomation is grabbed from the individual page's infobox.

With such a large semantic system, there are obviously bugs. Please tell me! Tell me where, and what you would expect to happen.

It is yet to be implemented on some of the other years, I need more time or more editors.

If there's anything I haven't cleared up, please ask.
