The Witch-king, leader of the Ringwraiths, is a minifigure set to appear in LEGO The Lord of the Rings: The Video Game.
Background
The Witch-king was once a numenorian, and later the Lord of the Nazgúl. When Sauron gave him and the other eight the nine rings, they turned into wraiths, called the Nazgúl or Ringwraiths.
